Pricing method
The price of my artwork is based on the effort spent on making it and the costs of the materials. Over the last years I measured the time needed to make an artwork and based on these measurements I created a simple pricing model resulting in honest and fair prices.
Standard Price = Length (cm) x Height (cm) x Price-factor (€/cm2)
where the Price-factor is determined by two aspects:
the size of the paper/canvas, the larger the painting the lower the factor. So large paintings are relatively cheaper than small paintings. This is because both material costs and required time to create the artwork are relatively lower for large paintings (small paintings with a lot of details take a lot of time)
the materials. Paper is cheaper than canvas.
The Standard price is an indication of the price. If the painting is very complex with a lot of details or very specific demands the final price will be a bit higher. If you buy several paintings or if you are a known customer we can agree on a discount.
Unless we agreed otherwise the paintings are delivered without a frame.
The price excludes costs related to shipping.
